"Making a difference, one person/project at a time" – This is my personal mission statement that guides me through my life.

My journey began with a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Toronto in 1992, leading me through pivotal roles in the consumer and automotive industries. I've been privileged to contribute to industry leaders like Procter & Gamble and Multimatic Inc., where I honed my values of being positive, considerate, and knowledgeable, and learned the importance of understanding customer needs and the strength of technology.

Lake Harbour stands as a testament to these experiences, offering comprehensive engineering services that span from mechanical to electro-mechanical design, backed by a global supplier base for manufacturing solutions.

I love to create. I love to build.
My passion is bringing new ideas to life.
Whether it's creating a race car from scratch.
Or engineering a fuel-efficient power plant.
Or developing a new interactive toy.
Or designing new patented technologies.
I'm proud to be leading teams that make magic happen.

I always enjoyed soccer, basketball, and hockey, because victory is sweeter when it's shared with a team.
As Simon Sinek aptly said, "A team is not a group of people working together. A team is a group of people that trust each other."
This trust is the foundation of our clients' successes.
If they succeed, we succeed.

My mechanical engineering journey began in the Formula SAE McGill Racing Team, and continued through various industries such as power generation, automotive, and kid's interactive toys. But it's in consulting where I get to share my knowledge with a wider audience and make a bigger impact.
